To get the Navy Hood and Noble’s Set in Elden Ring, Tarnished travelers must make their way to a windmill in the northern portion of Altus Plateau.
The Noble’s Set is a four-piece collection of armor in Elden Ring worn by Roderika, the Spirit Tuner of the Roundtable Hold. This lightweight armor set features somewhat inferior physical/magical protection but offers high resistances in Immunity, Focus, and Vitality. The outfit also comes with two separate hoods: the Navy Hood and Crimson Hood. The red Crimson Hood is acquired via Roderika’s questline in Elden Ring, while the blue Navy Hood can be obtained with the rest of the set pieces at a single location.
Despite its lack in its overall defensive properties, the Noble’s Set is ideal for magic users, not only based on its design but the passive buff its blue hood provides. The Navy Hood bestows Tarnished adventurers +1 to the Mind stat, granting a bonus amount to one’s FP pool. Alternatively, non-mage builds can don the hood if their loadout requires extra mana for using weapon arts, a specific blessing Incantation, or Spirit Ash summon.
The Noble’s Set is located in the East Windmill Pasture of Altus Plateau. To reach this location, Tarnished can begin their journey from the Altus Highway Junction Site of Grace and follow the trail north to the region’s Map Fragment in Elden Ring. Continue along the cliffside path to reach the southern side of the crumbled Forest-Spanning Greatbridge. Near the ledge sits a Sending Portal that players can use to teleport to the opposite of the bridge, above the Road of Iniquity Side Path Grace Site.
Navy Hood & Noble’s Set Location In Elden Ring
Once Tarnished reach the northern end of the Forest-Spanning Greatbridge, they must follow the trail northeastward to the East Windmill Pasture. A group of unsettling Festive Dancers will be idly frolicking in place but will not attack players unless they receive the first strike. In the center of their performance sits a pile of corpses surrounded by flaming zombified humanoids. Be cautious as these zombies can explode if struck. Loot the body in the middle to obtain the Noble’s Set and Navy Hood in Elden Ring.
As mentioned above, the Crimson Hood of the Noble’s Set is acquired from Roderika’s questline by delivering the Chrysalids’ Memento to her. This quest item is located within Stormveil Castle’s interior, inside a small dungeon next to the chamber with a Grafted Scion. Once players give the memento to Roderika, they can return to the castle to loot the Vigor-boosting Crimson Hood from the same spot in Elden Ring.
