Gossip Girl Star Emily Alyn Lind’s Best Fashion Moments

Date:

At first glance, you may think Emily Alyn Lind, who plays Audrey in HBO Max’s Gossip Girl reboot, is a newcomer to the scene — but that’s not so. The 19-year-old actress got her start in the Secret Life of Bees, and she’s known for her roles in Revenge, J. Edgar, and more recently, Code Black, Doctor Sleep and Netflix’s Babysitter: Killer Queen. Both her parents are in the film industry, and Emily has actually walked many a red carpet as a young girl. As it turns out, her style is decidedly more Jenny Humphrey than Serena van der Woodsen or Blair Waldorf, though she did pay fair homage to Blake Lively at the TV show premiere.

Offscreen, Emily shares her casual looks pretty frequently on Instagram, where her witty sense of humor is met with ’90s grunge combat boots and retro fashion (think: grandpa cardigans, feminine cherry prints, and cat-eye sunglasses). Emily has already worn the likes of Miu Miu, Saint Laurent, Gucci, and animal friendly brand Hiraeth for public appearances, and we’re guessing she’ll be introducing us to many brands — potentially even sustainable, vintage labels! — in the future.
